At the session of the Committee for Free Legal Aid on September 22, 2023, held at the Ministry of Justice and Administration, in Zagreb the minutes from the first session of the Committee for Free Legal Aid from October 17, 2022, were unanimously adopted. In accordance with the proposed agenda, we discussed about programs / projects that would be implemented next year through financial envelope proposed for the second and third year of implementation. The members of the Commission submitted their proposals for improving the system of primary and secondary legal aid through changes in legal regulations and improving the advisory role of the Commission for free legal aid.
