On 23 October 2009, CRP attended a conference “Experiences in the application of the Free Legal Aid Act” in Zagreb. The conference was organised by the Croatian Ministry of Justice. the representatives of the organisations of civil society, Croatian Bar Association, state administration offices, as well as the representatives of the ministries of justice of Germany and the United Kingdom, were present.
The conference was useful, as it was the first meeting of that type, and it showed that there were many problems related to the Law.
