Workshop on work with media

On 5 May 2007 CRP participated in the workshop on the work with media, which was organised in Sisak within the project “Development of civil society organisations and intersector cooperation in the Sisak-Moslavina county.” The project is implemented by the NGOs GONG and Smart, within the Regional Operational Programme of the Sisak-Moslavina county, with financial support of the European Union. The workshop involved 12 representatives of nine NGOs.The aim of the workshop was, first of all, to develop the approach to media, communication skills and good relations with media, which is very important for the work of NGOs and their transparency in the public. The workshop had presentations by the organisers and representatives of media and practical work, which included group work on organisation of a press conference and individual work on radio release and TV interview.
The conclusion of the workshop is that “if something is not noted down, it is like it never happened.”
