This year, the CRP Sisak also contributed to the Rule of Law Report for 2026, prepared by the Human Rights House Zagreb, the Croatian Journalists’ Association and the Miko Tripalo Center for Democracy and Law, which was sent to the European Commission.
The CRP, as usual in its work, spoke about free legal aid, stateless persons, administrative procedures – unreasonable length of duration, e-consultation which is not effective, the position of civil society in the Republic of Croatia which is in the worst position since its inception, and all other relevant problems we encounter in practice.
