CRP Sisak participated in making of the Civil society’s organizations’ joint submission – Croatia for the Rule of Law Report of the European Commission. CRP contributed in the parts of Quality of Justice/Legal aid, the Process for preparing and enacting laws/public consultations including civil society participation to policy development, and the enabling framework for civil society.
CRP wrote on free legal aid system in Croatia, which has not yet been adequate, emphasizing that stateless persons are not included in the list of beneficiaries, while they are the most vulnerable group of population in Croatia. Also, among other things, CRP said that there is no real framework/systems/measures for civil society in Croatia.
