At the third meeting of the Committee for Free Legal Aid on October 27, 2023, held in the official premises of the Ministry of Justice and Administration, the minutes from the second meeting of the Committee for Free Legal Aid held on September 23, 2023 were adopted through agenda items; and analyzed the state of approval and use of legal aid, i.e. activities until the end of 2023. and plans for the beginning of 2024.
At the meeting in question, there was also talk about amendments to the Law on Free Legal Aid, i.e. the introduction of the multi-year financing model into the legislative regulation and amendments to Art. 36 of the Law on Free Legal Aid.
The fourth meeting of the Commission for Free Legal Aid is planned for the second half of November.
