CRP Sisak is very happy with its cooperation with the Croatian Notaries Chamber, whose Committee for Professional Education took, i.e. confirmed the opinion of CRP, saying that the primary goal is to establish the identity of clients, and secondary is on which type of document. In practice, it means it is not necessary that those documents are only passport and ID card.
CRP considers it as an example of good practice, both in intersectoral cooperation and in implementation of existing laws, which are very often limiting and unadjusted with each other. But, not restrictive implementation may be of great assistance to our citizens, which should be a goal of all of us.
