Meeting with representatives of the Roma CSOs in CRP Sisak

CRP Sisak organized a meeting with the representatives of Roma associations on 5th of June 2013 within the project “Building Capacity of the Roma Civil Society Organizations in the Sisak-Moslavina County “. The meeting was held at the premises of CRP Sisak and its purpose was to make agreement on continuation of project activities, as well as to confirm continuity of cooperation with representatives of Roma NGOs and their members.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Roma associations: Roma Cultural Centre, Association of Roma Rights, Roma Association Kutina, Association of Roma of the Sisak-Moslavina County and the City of Sisak “Nevo Drom”, Roma association: Roma Way, one new organization in this project “Future” from Novska, and Roma external assistant in this project, Marjan Nikolić.
CRP Sisak staff has pointed out necessity for Roma to participate in all project activities and how those activities are interconnected, conceptually organized in such way that they allow stakeholders to efficiently and purposefully learn.
Consequently, it was agreed that CRP would continue with maintaining computer – administrative workshops for representatives of Roma associations that would be accompanied with the most active members of their associations.
After completing the computer – administrative course, it was agreed that the same group automatically would continue to be involved in the next project activity, a two-day seminar on writing project proposals, which would be held in the Topusko Spa.
