{"id":899,"date":"2012-09-06T19:42:41","date_gmt":"2012-09-06T19:42:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.crpsisak.hr\/?p=899"},"modified":"2012-09-24T07:24:23","modified_gmt":"2012-09-24T07:24:23","slug":"pgp-sisak-potpisao-sa-ministarstvom-pravosuda-ugovor-o-financiranju-za-pruzanje-primarne-pravne-pomoci-za-2012-g","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crpsisak.hr\/en\/2012\/09\/pgp-sisak-potpisao-sa-ministarstvom-pravosuda-ugovor-o-financiranju-za-pruzanje-primarne-pravne-pomoci-za-2012-g\/","title":{"rendered":"CRP Sisak and Ministry of Justice signed the Contract on 2012 financing of projects for providing free legal aid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>On 3 September 2012, CRP Sisak and Ministry of Justice signed the Contract on 2012 financing of projects for providing free legal aid by NGOs and legal clinics authorised for providing of free legal aid.<\/p>\n<p>According to the contract the Ministry is obliged to transfer to CRP Sisak the amount of 23,339.82 HRK for providing of free legal aid..<\/p>\n<p>According to the CRP\u2019s report, which was sent to the State\u2019s Administration Office in the Sisak-Moslavina County for the first half of 2012, free legal aid has been provided based on 132 decisions. Those decisions have value of 6420 points that amounts to 32,100.00 HRK.<\/p>\n<p>CRP Sisak has already spent the contract amount, which is before the expiration of the contract.
