The workshop was organized within the framework of the &#8220;<strong>DIDI2 <\/strong>\u2013 Two-way and Dynamic Integration 2&#8243; program, funded by the Ministry of Labor, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal of the workshop was to provide participants with useful, concrete information regarding their rights and opportunities in the area of work and employment, and to introduce them to steps that can facilitate their integration into the Croatian labor market. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of being informed about labor rights, available employment opportunities, and active participation in the job-seeking process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was a very good turnout, and the workshop took place in an active and encouraging atmosphere. Through discussion, the exchange of experiences, and practical examples, participants had the opportunity to learn about their rights related to work and employment, ways to access the labor market, and essential information to help them navigate the work environment and achieve their professional goals. A particularly engaging part of the workshop was the practical session, during which participants were introduced to the basics of drafting a curriculum vitae (CV), methods for presenting their knowledge, skills, and work experience to potential employers, and the steps required to successfully search for and secure employment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activities like these play a vital role in the integration process for individuals granted international protection, as they facilitate the acquisition of new knowledge, foster independence, and empower participants to take an active part in the social and economic life of the community.
