Now, after 39 years of unsuccessful attempts in different court and administrative procedures, he received a positive decision on Croatian citizenship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRP Sisak has provided legal aid to Mr. Hoti since he got a positive judgement of the European Court for Human Rights, in which a violation of the Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life and for home) of the European Convention for Human Rights was established.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the work of CRP Sisak, the case of Mr. Hoti is the first positive example in solving of statelessness cases.
