On 22 May 2019, CRP Sisak signed the Contract on expert services with EPTISA Southeast Europe d.o.o. Belgrade within the project “Regional Housing Program – Phase II”, which is being implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia for a project activity called “Support to Partner Countries for beneficiary checking and verification including logistical support”. By default activity, CRP performed field verifications in the Sisak-Moslavina County, Požega-Slavonia, Vukovar-Srijem, Šibenik-Knin, Lika-Senj, Zadar and Osijek-Baranja counties for a total of 136 objects for 258 beneficiaries to determine the right to housing care through some of the sub-programs of the Regional Housing Program in the Republic of Serbia.
The activity is compatible with the CARE project for the purpose of providing legal aid to former holders of tenancy rights who are returning to the Republic of Croatia.
Based on the performed field verifications, we have identified 17 former holders of tenancy rights who have been established the right to housing care in the Republic of Croatia by giving the apartment for rent or by organized repair works.
