The mobile teams of the Legal Clinic of the Law Faculty in Zagreb visited CRP’s branch offices in Hrvatska Kostajnica and Dvor on 22nd and 23rd of November 2012 in order to provide free legal aid to citizens of Hrvatska Kostajnica and Dvor. The activity was organised through the project ” Strengthening of the role of NGOs in providing of primary legal aid .”
During the two days visit, the students interviewed eleven beneficiaries, suggesting that their visit was successful for both parties. This kind of co-operation between the Legal Clinic and CRP continues in the future.
The students met with numerous legal problems the people faced. They have helped beneficiaries in resolving their status issues, as well as in resolving legal problems related to alimonies, social welfare and pension insurance, legalization of houses, unpaid salaries, etc.
The students will revisit the same branch offices of CRP Sisak on 12th and 13th of December 2012.
